ABOUT

The lyrics of Living Room describe the feelings of shelter and safety that come from building a home with someone you love.

My concept was to show Ruth standing alone in a beautiful location, while friends gradually delivered furniture to construct a living room around her. As the final chorus swells, we see a raucous party in the newly materialised living room by the lake, with friends spilling wine, arguing merrily over records, and chucking glitter into the night air.
